GodLikeCreatorAI is a creator-first platform for building, training, and managing AI characters in a public beta environment.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the platform, how it may be used, how it may be stored, and how users can contact the operator regarding privacy-related matters.

Scope

This policy applies to the GodLikeCreatorAI frontend, server routes, and directly managed production deployment surfaces associated with this repository.

Third-party products, infrastructure providers, and payment processors may operate under their own privacy policies.

Current beta status

GodLikeCreatorAI is currently operating in a public beta / sandbox-stage environment. Features, flows, storage behavior, billing behavior, and platform capabilities may change as the product evolves.

At the time of this version of the policy, creator monetization and creator payout functionality are not described as fully live production features.

  • prompt and session metadata

Billing and entitlement data

  • limited checkout and billing portal metadata

Technical and operational data

  • persist training state and fan chat history

Cookies and analytics

GodLikeCreatorAI may use essential browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies where needed to support core platform functionality such as security, session continuity, authentication flows, age-gating state, and abuse prevention.

The platform may also use analytics or performance tooling to understand stability, usage, and performance characteristics of the service. At the time of this version, that may include services such as Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.

Retention periods may differ by data type and operational need.

Age-restricted access

Certain platform experiences may be restricted behind age-gating or eligibility checks. Users must not use age-restricted areas of the platform if they are not legally permitted to do so.

Data sharing

GodLikeCreatorAI does not describe this repository as a public data marketplace. Data may be shared only where reasonably necessary to:

  • process payments
  • provide authentication
  • comply with law
  • protect rights, security, or platform integrity

Security
