GodLikeCreatorAI is a public beta AI identity platform for creator/fan AI characters and business website assistants.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the platform, how it may be used, how it may be stored, and how users can contact the operator regarding privacy-related matters.
Scope
This policy applies to the GodLikeCreatorAI frontend, server routes, and directly managed production deployment surfaces associated with this platform.
Third-party products, infrastructure providers, and payment processors may operate under their own privacy policies.
Current beta status
GodLikeCreatorAI is currently operating in a public beta / sandbox-stage environment. Features, flows, storage behavior, billing behavior, and platform capabilities may change as the product evolves.
At the time of this version of the policy, creator monetization and creator payout functionality are not described as fully live production features.
Information that may be collected
Depending on platform use, the following categories of information may be collected and processed:
Account and identity data
- account identifiers
- sign-in and authentication data
- user profile information made available through the authentication provider
Character and creator data
- character names
- character prompts
- boundary and tone prompts
- character traits, categories, and expertise fields
- character configuration and management data
- generated avatar references and related metadata
Conversation and interaction data
- training messages
- fan chat messages
- conversation history
- feedback, ratings, and training signals
- prompt and session metadata
Website Assistant and business lead capture
When a business uses the Website Assistant widget on its website, visitors may choose to share contact details and enquiry information in chat.
This may include:
- name
- company
- phone number
- email address
- callback preference
- requirement or enquiry summary
- relevant conversation content needed to understand and handle the enquiry
Lead information is stored in Firebase / Firestore. When a qualifying lead is captured, an alert may be sent through Resend to the business notification email configured for that website assistant site.
The business or customer operating the website may review and act on the enquiry. The assistant captures details for review only — it does not confirm callbacks, appointments, or guaranteed contact.
Authenticated creators can review, update status, and delete captured leads in the dashboard. Visitors should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is needed for the enquiry.

Cookies and analytics
GodLikeCreatorAI may use essential browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies where needed to support core platform functionality such as security, session continuity, authentication flows, age-gating state, and abuse prevention.
The platform may also use analytics or performance tooling to understand stability, usage, and performance characteristics of the service. At the time of this version, that may include services such as Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.

Data storage and processors
GodLikeCreatorAI may use third-party infrastructure and service providers for platform operation, including services in categories such as authentication, hosting and deployment, database and storage, payment processing, and AI model inference.

Actual active providers may vary by deployment configuration.

Age-restricted access
Certain platform experiences may be restricted behind age-gating or eligibility checks. Users must not use age-restricted areas of the platform if they are not legally permitted to do so.
Data sharing
GodLikeCreatorAI does not describe this platform as a public data marketplace. Data may be shared only where reasonably necessary to:
- operate the service
- process payments
- provide authentication
- comply with law
- protect rights, security, or platform integrity
Security
