Public beta status

GodLikeCreatorAI is currently offered in a public beta / sandbox-stage environment. Features, flows, pricing behavior, billing behavior, availability, and platform capabilities may change as the product evolves.

Beta access does not mean that every referenced capability is fully launched, production-ready, or continuously available at all times.

Eligibility

You must use the platform only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

Where age-restricted or adult-gated experiences exist, you must not access them unless you satisfy the applicable legal age requirement.

Platform nature

GodLikeCreatorAI is a managed AI character platform. It may include creator tools, AI-assisted content systems, chat interfaces, training workflows, subscription gating, and fan-facing interaction surfaces.

The platform may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, restricted, suspended, or removed without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• controlling access to your credentials
• ensuring information you provide is accurate
• activity that occurs under your account, to the extent permitted by law

The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product protection.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform unlawfully
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• interfere with platform stability, security, or billing enforcement
• scrape, clone, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond permitted use
• upload, submit, or use content you do not have rights to use
• use the platform to violate third-party rights
• bypass message caps, entitlement rules, visibility rules, or age-gating controls

Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for the character definitions, prompts, configuration choices, and materials they submit or manage through the platform.

Creators must not use the platform in a way that:

• violates law
• infringes intellectual property rights
• misrepresents ownership or authorization
• attempts to evade product restrictions or platform safeguards

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a given purpose. The platform does not guarantee correctness, fitness, commercial performance, or specific character behavior.

Billing and subscriptions

Certain features may require payment, subscription status, or entitlement validation.

In the current beta stage, billing-related flows may be limited, under testing, sandboxed, changed, suspended, or unavailable depending on deployment state.

Creator monetization, creator payouts, and expanded revenue features are not described here as fully live production functionality unless and until explicitly launched by the operator.

Where billing is enabled:

• access may depend on active subscription state
• paid access may be limited, changed, suspended, or revoked if billing fails or entitlement state changes
• message caps and feature gating may apply by tier

Additional billing terms may be presented at checkout or through the payment provider.

Cancellations and refunds

Subscription management, cancellation timing, billing cycles, and any refund handling may depend on the payment provider flow and the exact product state at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already charged may be non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

Billing questions, payment disputes, or refund-related requests should be directed to the support or billing contact channels shown by the platform.

Intellectual property

The platform, repository, code, product design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Repository use remains governed by the repository license and related notices.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform or repository to a user.

Termination and restriction

The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time where reasonably necessary, including for:

• security concerns
• legal compliance
• abuse or misuse
• billing issues
• operational protection
• product direction changes

Availability

The platform is provided on an evolving basis. Availability, uptime, feature continuity, compatibility, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the platform.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
